Need help for ILR application.Urgent!!

Hi Team,
My visa started on 25 March,2020 but unfortunately due to covid restriction, i couldn't travel to UK.
Arrived in UK on 13 Aug,2021 and my 5 year visa will expire on March,2025.My company will extend visa till Mar,2026.Will i be eligible for ILR in March,2026?
Counting backwards from date of application.Can the dates between(12 Aug,2021 to 25 March,2021) which is less than 180 days will be counted for my ILR application eventhough i was absent during that period.

Your visa will expire in March next year. Why is that urgent if you have several months until the decisions have to be made?

What visa do you have? Is it is a skilled worker visa, a spouse visa or another visa?
Every different type of visa has different requirements and different rules.

I am still under discussion with my employer for further extension but unable to convince.I need advise on this urgently so that i can get approvals from employer on time.Thanks

Skilled worker visa.
Every different type of visa has different requirements and different rules.

DO NOT start new posts. Your posts have been merged here. If you do not fail the 180 day limit, then any time with visa held will be counted

One question,Is the date of entry matters for the continuous period calculation or it is always calculated backwards based on application date or decision date.Thanks
