When to apply for ILR

Hi Everyone
I wanted to check that what should be the correct date for me to apply for my ILR application.
I arrived in the UK on 02 July 2019 (stamped on my passport)
My visa was issued to me 20 June 2019 (Issue date on my initial visa)
So should I apply 28 days prior to the date of my entry (from 02 July 2019) or 28 days from the date my visa was issued (20 June 2019).
Any advice, will be deeply appreciated. Thanks.

Useful to state what visa route you are on!! Different visa categories have different rules.
Dependent application question

Hi
There is a question in the dependent application form:
"Does the period of stay on which this application was based include any leave granted since 11 January 2018?
My Partner came to the UK in July 2019.
Since then she has visited other countries for tourism purposes.
What should be the answer to the question? Yes/No

Your qualifying period starts from initial visa issue date, 20th June.
"Does the period of stay on which this application was based include any leave granted since 11 January 2018?
Yes, because her visa was issued AFTER this date. Declare all her absences.
