Hi all,
Please I need help in this issue.
My wife will apply for ILR as I got mine last February,
The question is about the proof meeting English language requirement,
As she got Level-1 ESOL and entry-3 ESOL but the achieved in December 2010 and December 2008 respectively.
Are these meet the requirements and are the dates valid since they since 2008.
These certificates are awarded here in uk.

Many thanks

No, the old ESOL are all invalid.
She needs to sit for a Secure B1 English test https://www.trinitycollege.com/qualific ... SE-grade-5

Hi,
Please need help with this.
I have ILR and my wife and child have skilled worker dependent visa.
I need to apply for them for the ILR.
The issue is that
I left my job now,
1- in this case can I apply for them?
2- And what is the amount of money need to have in account to be able to apply for them?
3- is this amount could be the savings or the amount earning from a job annually?
4- I lent money to a person, and when he return them back should that be verified when apply and how?

Thank you very much.

The ILR requirements for dependants are NOT the same as main skilled workers.
Your employment status is irrelevant for their ILR. Dependents have NO income or maintenance requirement for ILR. None of the issues you raised will affect them at all. Apply for their ILR using form SET(O)
