Context
Partner came to UK in 2020 on ICT visa. I came as ICT PBS dependant.
In 2021, Partner left UK. I converted from ICT PBS dependant to skilled worker.

My current situation on time spent in UK is

PBS ICT Dependent - 2 years (Main ICT holder left the UK)
Skilled worker - 3 years

Rules for ICT PBS Dependant are not clear. Will the above count towards 5 years for ILR?

You can't combine time as a dependent and as a skilled worker.

Thanks Simon. I have been told by a lawyer that there is more flexibility for ICT PBS dependant time spent and that it would count towards ILR - Hence I am not sure. Did the intepretation of the rules change recently?

Incorrect. No such thing was ever possible. The rules have also been fairly clear on this. Main applicants cannot use time spent as dependants towards their ILR
