I contacted each step by step home office before applying my ILR application and they informed me you apply before 28 days when you will be cover 5 years in the UK and I arrived in the UK 25th June 2019 and I done my biometric as per the 28 days calculation on 28th may 2024 with super priority and i received rejected email on 29th may that im not covered the 5 years in the UK , home office people doesn't know why they are giving false information as per their advise I done everything and now I lost £1000 which i paid for super priority , no one aware of this terms and condition. if I can get the ILR with this same application after 25th June I'm happy for that but if it cancel I may be going another financial issue . Is there anyway to get it done
Please help

What is your visa route ?
Please provide all the dates of your initial visa approval, date of entry to the UK, any extension, last visa expiry and the date on which you applied for ILR

Did you arrive in the UK on a 2 year 9 month spouse visa or on a 6 month Fiance visa?
You have also been asked to provide all visa start and end dates etc. Your FULL immigration hisotry.

No this is what I received
You have attempted to make an application for Settlement in the United Kingdom, under the Appendix FM 5-year partner route.
Your application has been rejected as invalid and will not be considered.
The reasons for this decision are:
You currently have spent no time under the Appendix FM 5-year route. You have extant leave until 12 September 2024.

What is your visa route EXACTLY?
First visa and any visa extensions?
What is your spouse's immigration history for the UK?
The email says you have not spent 5 years on Spouse Settlement visa (FLR M), which is why we are asking what your exact full immigration history is.

You applied using the wrong form.
As a Skilled Worker Dependent, you must apply using form SET(O) and NOT form SET(M).
The form is determined by the visa category you hold, not your ILR spouse status.

What I will do now ,
You have to reapply and pay again on the correct form.
is there any way that they can amend the application
No there is not.
Not sure but you might get a refund of the application fee. Not sure you will get the super priority fee back though.

You don't need to wait till June 25th, you just need to use the correct form SET (O).

It seems the UKVI is no longer playing nice and flat-out rejects the application as invalid for people who make this extremely common mistake now. The child can settle later via form SET(F), there is no reason to add them now.
You should ONLY apply using form SET(O) for ILR
