Hi all,

I have been on a Skilled Worker visa since July 2019 and am eligible for ILR from 16 Jun 2024 onwards, however, I have received an employment termination letter from my employer as they have declared insolvent.

Can someone please help me what my options are? Do I have to find another sponsor and then apply for ILR or can directly apply for ILR under special circumstances, please?

Yes, a new sponsor, new visa and wait at least a month for a payslip before you can apply for ILR.

No you cannot apply for ILR if you are not employed and required for the foreseeable future by your sponsor.
