I am a British citizen and all my 4 kids were born abroad before i married there mother. My wife came into UK with spousal visa with my children as dependants. Currently she have applied for ILR on 2/06/24 awaiting decision. My question are;
1) Can I register my children born abroad for British citizenship without applying for ILR
2) There BRP will expire on 26/06/24, can apply for ILR for them if i could not do no 1 above. Remember my wife which they are dependant to are still waiting for her ILR

Children born abroad are expected to have ILR before they can apply for citizenship.
Presumably they were born before you became British?

Thanks you. Yes they were born before I become British,
Can I apply for ILR for them if there mother did not get a decision before 26/06/24

They will follow the pathway of their mother to ILR.

My worries is that there mother ILR decision might not come before there BRP expires. Can I send there application over even though there mother have not got a decision

You do NOT need to wait. UKVI will put such applications on hold until mother is granted ILR
