You can reuse a test result that you have used for previous visa applications. You will also need to pass the Life in the UK test.

Thank you. I already passed life in the UK!!

Another question - I am on the 5-year route and my 5-year period will be complete this July. However, my visa will run out in September. Do I need to put off applying for FLR until September, or is there a window after July to do so?

I'm assuming you mean ILR instead of FLR, but it doesn't matter. You can apply 28 days before completing 5 years. So you might end up applying in June if you wished.
However, if you're not ready yet, the last day you can apply is September when your visa expires.
