ILR- Status-for Tier 2 Dependent

HI Team ,
I have query with respect to applying ILR status for my wife .
Here is the scenario
I will be completing my 5 years on Tier2( genral+skilled) work permit and eligible to apply for ILR by July 6 th 2024
My wife is currently on Tier 2 skilled dependent visa . Her visa expires in July 2024 end.She came to UK on ICT initially and she was on Tier 2 ICT for 3 years ( April 2017 - July 2020) then after switched to Tier 2 SKilled dependent of my visa (AUg 2020- tilldate) - Total she completed ( 3 years on tier 2 ICT + 4 years on Tier 2 dependent).
Is she eligible to apply ILR along with in JUly 6th ? 2024 or she has to wait Another year.
If she has to wait another year. how can i extend her Tier 2 dependent visa for another year if i moved to ILR
ANy quick help is much Appriciated

She
cannot combine time spent under work and dependant visa routes towards ILR. She needs 5 years under any dependant/partner routes to qualify for ILR. She can extend her current visa without issues, even after you get ILR. The extension will be a fixed 3 year visa

Hi
I am trying to fill application to extend my wife visa, Its asking my current /spouse/patner status> Do i need to give as ILR . I dont see that option its showing Only tier2 Skilled work permit.
Iam unable to go fwd from this stage.
Last week I got ILR . But as i said her tier 2 General PBS dependent visa is going to expiry this month end. Iam confused now whether iam doing write application .
I have selected tier 2 family patner visa extension staying in UK. If i pass my ILR BRP and when it goes to IHS its asking for skilled worked immigration details like work start date and end date . Start date is fine i can give current compant start But end date which i cant give.And also asking for Current BRP expiry for ILR currently it shows till dec since from jan they go by e visa.
Very confusion . Any body has any idea or help will be greatful .

Yep, use your previous onelike work start date and end date . Start date is fine i can give current compant start But end date which i cant give
Put anything in the, it doesn't matter.And also asking for Current BRP expiry for ILR currently it shows till dec since from jan they go by e visa.
Put that there as well. They know the rules.
