Hi all,
Please have a look on below situation and provide your response thanks.

Mother:
---------
1.Having UK skilled worker visa for the past 4 years and 4 months.
2.Eligible for 5-year route to IRL by Feb 2025.

Father:
--------
1.Having UK skilled worker visa for the past 3 years.
2.Eligible for 5-year route to IRL by 2026 and
3.Also eligible for 10-year route to IRL by 2026. [ so far covered in ICT 5 years + Skilled visa 3 years]

Child:
-------
1.Was born in the UK on 2023
2.But child in dependent visa of the father not mother because as per Skilled worker rule If they are a dependent child and one parent in the UK has permission that will expire before the other’s, or one parent has settlement and the other does not, the dependent child should be granted in line with the expiry date of the parent whose permission expires first.

Question:
1. Is child eligible for ILR by Feb 2025 along with mother or should wait until father get eligible by 2026?
2. What is the quick route for the child to obtain ILR together with mother by February 2025?

The child can be registered as British once the mother gets ilr. The child does not need ilr to do this.
