What is your immigration history ?
What does 'using wrong format' mean ?? Do you mean you used the wrong application form?

Did you apply using the standard service? The timeframe for the new application should be counted from the biometrics date of the second application.

According to variation rules if the application has not decided yet they gave you option to vary your application within 14 days and dependant is included in the application the time will start from the original date of application but anyways I varied my application
First time application timeline is
17 January 2024 biometric
Online submission of application 09 January 2024
Second time application (variation )
24 March 2024 Online submission
04 April 2024..

This has no relevance to the processing timeframe of the new application. The new application will only be considered when you submit your biometrics again as that is treated like a new application. Do not get confused. The standard timeframe is up to 6 months, from the date you enrol your biometrics
