Hi,

I came to UK in 2016 under Tier 2 (Skilled worker visa). My wife joined me in 2019 July under Tier 2 Dependent.

Post that I received my ILR in 2021 and an extension for my wife's skilled worker - dependent visa until 2024.

I am about to make an ILR application for my wife and would like to know if it would be SET(0) or SET(M) application for her,

It is SET O. It her visa category she holds and has 5 years residence on that determines the form, not your ilr status.
