Wrong SOC job code in my application due to April update

Hi all,
I just paid for my ILR today and waiting to submit all documents by Monday morning.
I entered 2135 as the job code in my application form based on my original COS letter from my current skilled worker visa. Then the HR noticed that my job code has changed from 2135 to 2133 following the latest revision of the SOC policy.
I am panicking right now to understand the impact of my mistake and hoping to see if there is any way to save my application. The HR rewrote the employment reference letter quoting:
"MY_NAME is employed under the job code 2135 IT business analysts, architects, and systems designers). We understand as of April 2024, the job code was reclassified as 2133."
I also uploaded my original COS as supporting documents. Would it be efficient? Should I write a cover letter too? Thank you very much for any suggestion!
