The threshold for granting ILR under the 'victim of domestic abuse' route is understandably high. UKVI will evaluate the evidence and seriousness of the case to see if granting ILR is appropriate. The stronger the evidence, the higher the chance of being granted ILR.

And I have an outside UK , ILR waiting the one in domestic abuse
Can I contact Home office for some remedy to suggest an answer on the application as it is effecting my mental health further

Are you inside the UK or outside?
Have you already applied for ILR or not ?

See previous topic. OP is outside the uk now having travelled after submitting a set dv application.

OP has since submitted a TMA (Travel marriage abandonment) application from outside the uk.

Not sure now this application will even work if OP left the uk, apparently, voluntarily.
