i am bit confused which application should i use to apply ILR for her. Can some one share links to application or guide me where to start? Much appreciate if some one can help me.

If she is on a 5 year spouse settlement visa (ie FLR M) then it is form SET M for ilr.
Useful to state the exact visa she came to the uk on and has held for 5 years. Different "dependent" visa routes have different forms for ilr.

Download the PDF and upload as supporting documents for the application.
It is widely accepted as no hard copy documents are required to be submitted.
