Greetings!

I have a query around ILR eligibility please. when I and my daughter will become eligible to apply ILR application legally in UK.

1. I came first time in UK on November 2015 on ICT VISA which was for 5 years, in November 2020 I got my Skilled based (PBS) visa. While this tenure I am Working in UK without any long break.

2. My daughter came in UK on Feb 2018, until Nov 2020 she was on my ICT dependent VISA, post November 2020 she is on Skilled visa dependent.

Could someone please guide us when my daughter and I can apply for ILR?

Another parent is on PBS dependent VISA.

My daughter is 12 year old.(sharing details in advance if needed)

I came in UK in 2015 Nov on ICT VISA, my partner and my daughter came on Feb 2018 on dependent VISA.

In Nov 2022 my VISA got updated to PBS and for both of them ( partner and daughter) they gotPBS dependent.
My query is here when My daughter can apply for ILR? Is it any fast route available for her, thanks

Such a distinction is not made under the skilled worker rules, they just need 5 years in total as your partner is needed under any partner or dependant route. This means you all can settle together
