I need some help in working out eligibility under the 10 year ILR route:

Tier 4 child visa: 8th Oct'14 - 30th Nov'17
Tier 4 General Student: 12th Oct'17 - 29th Oct'19
Tier 4 General Student: 22nd Oct'19 - 3rd Sep'20
Tier 4 General Student: 5th Oct'20 - 7th Oct'24 (Application submitted on 25th Aug, but there were delays in processing due to Covid).
I have travelled out of the country for 141 days in total over the 10 year window.

I have been on student visas If I count the visa dates from 8th Oct'14-7th Oct'24 . I have completed 10 years.
However, if we count from the date of entry I am 2 days short of 10 years.

Am I eligible to apply for ILR under the 10 year route (under the 28 day clause).

Thanks a ton

Regards,
M

You will be eligible for ILR within 28 days of completing your 10 years.
You should start counting backwards by assuming a date of decision: Applicants can benefit from the date of the ILR decision
