I am very stressed, I was at the court last week for a drink and drive conviction, I got 20 months disqualification from driving and paid a fine. My visa expires on 2026 November 6, I complete 5 yr in UK in 2026 February. When can I apply for indefinite leave to remain without the danger of refused? Kindly give me a reply please

Do not tag your query on someone else's post !
This has been answered many many times.
Non-custodial sentences do NOT lead to mandatory refusal. Refusal is discretionary and other factors apply. Refusal is unlikely.

Thank you so much for your reply. Do you think can I apply in February 2026? Sorry for worrying and it is mostly due to high stress
