Ilr 5 day priority delay

Hi All,
We( primary applicant+dependents( wife and children)applied for ILR
ILR Type- priority(5 days)
ILR Application submission date:10th August 2024
Biometric Appointment- 18th August 2024
Got a response on 22nd August stating that there has been a digital error and the decision cannot be taken in five days period.
It’s been more than three weeks now but no update. I tried calling the immigration helpline number but they don’t have any information on the case.
I had an upcoming travel plans but no idea on when the decision would come.
Any leads on similar experience from anyone would be very helpful.
