Dear zimba & advisors,

hope you are doing well. Quick question in regards 5 year residence count for ILR:
1. I have entered with my Tier 2 visa on 9 Sept 2019. I am planning to apply for ILR 10 Oct 2024 once I am back from my business trip. When I submit my travel dates into excel sheet that I am planning to upload as a supporting document, should I put all my travels from 9 Sept 2019- until 10 Oct 2024 or from 10 Oct 2019-10 2024. Is the countdown from the date of submission or the date of first first arrival to uk?

2. Previous Home office reference numbers in the ILR application question- I had 2 Tier 2 visas, do I need to add 16 digit ref number on the email that I have received that my application for previous Tier 2 visas were successful?

Thank you

1. Absences should be dates for the periods in which you left the UK and reentered the UK. The gap between first visa approval and first entry is irrelevant.
2. You do not need to enter any home office reference.

Thanks zimba, really appreciate your response.

there is also a question about national identify number. I dont have any UK national identify number, but have one from my home country from Uzbekistan. Do I have to add it? Or is this question relevant only for EU citizens? cause i think they have EU national ID number?

Thanks
