Good evening,

I am in a situation and would love to have a clear picture of what to do.

Back story - I was granted LTR on the basis of my British child in August, 2014 and I have completed 10years on this route in August 2024. My current brp which is my 4th extension would not expire until 2027.

My question is, can I apply for ILR now that I have completed 10years on this route (FLR FP) or I need to wait till 2027 to apply.

If I am qualified to apply now, which form do I use. Please help a sister.

Your visa expiry is irrelevant. Apply within 28 days of completing your 10 years
