Assuming you're not under the age of 18 or aged over 65 you will need to pass the LIUK test + B1 level English test. Long residence isn't exempt.

Hello,
I’ve started my application for ILR LR. There’s a section which asks to provide HO Ref Number of previous applications which appears as ‘Our Ref’. I am unsure what it means, is it unique application number?
Thank you.

You can input UAN or GWF as reference to records HO holds on you.

ILR LR Application ; time spent outside UK reasons

Hello,

I am applying for ILR LR. In the application form there’s a section to put the travel details outside the UK along with reason to travel. How elaborate do we have to be whilst providing the reason. If my purpose to travel back home was to apply for a UK visa shall I simply state “To apply for UK visa” or I need to provide more details regarding that.

Another question is regarding the annual earnings. Do I calculate it from payslips from Jan 2023 to Dec 2023? My salary increased in Sept 2023, so annual salary is more but obviously when I calculate from Jan 2023 - Dec 2023 it’ll show less than my present annual salary.

Thanks.

DO NOT start a new thread for each query. Please stick to this thread ONLY for all your ILR related questions :!:
For absences from the UK, only FULL days count, so departure and arrival days are not counted.

Calculating annual earning pre or post deduction for ILR LR

Hi,

What does annual earnings mean. is it my gross salary or salary after pension and tax deduction. That is whatever I receive in my bank account?
I understand salary isn’t a requirement for LR but I don’t want to give incorrect information.

Thanks.

Hello,

I have submitted my ILR LR application and have uploaded the following documents on the ukvcas

Current passport
Old passports covering 10 years
UK degree for English Language
Current BRP
National ID card of country of Nationality
ILR LR application soft copy
Consent Form
Document Checklist form

I searched online and I’m getting conflicting answers regarding Police Registration Certificate. Is that needed?

Thanks.

National ID card of country of Nationality
ILR LR application soft copy
These two are definitely not required. Why would you upload a soft copy of the application when you have submitted online and it will be fully visible to UKVI?

One of the documents checklist item states ‘National ID used to travel to the UK’. Since the ILR application asked for my country of Nationality’s ID card number, I wasn't sure if this is the national ID they are referring to. I uploaded to be on the safe side. In case it’s this one.
I will delete the soft copy of the application. You’re right if they have access to the filled application this is redundant document.

I am CR001 not Zimba.

Your country national ID card is completely irrelevant in the UK or to UKVI applications.

You only need the passport you entered with and all passports since entering ,that's it.

New TLSContact Document Category confusion for ILR LR

Hello, my partner is set to apply for ILR LR. The system is now shifted to TLSContact and the categories don’t make much sense as very generic. In which category shall the previous and current passports be submitted? Evidence of residence in the UK/Proof of activity in the UK or Other
There’s no category for travel history or identity. Any response would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Those categories under which you upload your documents do NOT matter. Those have no bearing on your application. Upload those documents under any category. The caseworker will see all the uploaded documents and they will make a decision after reviewing ALL your documents.

Thank you for the prompt reply that’s really helpful to know. Also could you please confirm if English Language test proof is provided in previous application, do we need to upload the Proof of English document? I’m assuming that’s not required in this case.
