ILR application during risk of redundancy

Hi,
I'm on a 5 yrs skilled worker visa (Tier 2 General visa) and I'm currently eligible to apply for an ILR. But just recently I received a letter from my employer stating the risk of potential redundancy. They cannot provide me with the employment letter stating "my role is further needed", until I'm out of risk from redundancy. My visa expires on 22nd December. My current salary is £37,000 per annum and my job code is 2124.
1. Could you please suggest any possible solutions?
2.Is there any salary requirement that I need to meet to apply for ILR?
3. Can I take the risk of applying with the current salary and employment letter stating I'm currently working in the company but without mentioning the details that my job role is still needed?
4. If I proceed further with the current employment letter and with current salary, what are the ILR approval chances? What are the additional documents to submit in this case if any?
5. If Home Office rejects the application, what are the consequences? what are the further steps needed to take in this case?

The rules require your sponsor to want you for the foreseeable future otherwise you will not meet the ILR requirements. UKVI may not check this with your sponsor, but your ILR will be refused if they do.

ILR has a salary requirement to satisfy based on your SOC.

If your application is refused after visa expiry, you become an overstayer. I suggest finding a new sponsor as soon as you can as a backup
