ILR 10 year route or 5 year route.

Hi all Guru's and senior members,
I am checking for my spouse, spouse entered UK in October 2014. and was due to have her ILR in 2019 while i was applying for my ILR I applied on 10 years route and my spouse was recloaked as ILR dependent for next five years. At present spouse qualifies for ILR for both routes but My questions are as follow;
If we apply ILR on 10 years route there would no financial requirement and would be straight forward, will my spouse be eligible to apply naturalisation immediately after having ILR after 10 year route or we have to apply via family route. i have British nationally since 2019.
