Hi everyone,

I'm applying for ILR with skilled worker visa SET(O), and here is the letter from my employer:

"
Please accept this letter as confirmation of employment for [Name], who is employed by [Company] as [Role]. [Name] has been a full-time permanent employee at [Company] since [Date].
Additionally, I can confirm that [Name] receives an annual salary of £[number] and is entitled to 25 days of paid annual leave per year. To date all of [Name]’s absences have been recorded, approved, and managed in line with our policies.
The role of [Role] is essential to our operations, and we anticipate that [Name] will continue to be needed in this position for the foreseeable future.
"

It mentioned my salary, which is above the salary requirement for my category in https://assets.publishing.service.gov.u ... worker.pdf, however, it didn't mention that I'll keeping getting paid to the same amount/above the requirement for the foreseeable future.

Is the current letter already sufficient for my application, or I need to ask HR to amend the letter so that it contains information for my salary for the near future as well? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks very much.

The letter already includes all the information required for this application, no need to amend anything.

My friend had similar situation and his company only mentioned in the letter that he was needed in the foreseeable future and being paid currently above xxx , but not the "being paid according to xxx above xx in the foreseeable future"

My friend then asked the company to change it to include that. He got the ILR and so I do not know the impact of that sentence on the application

Given that this is not the only ILR case in that company, maybe missing that sentence is not a big deal

The requirement of the letter from your sponsor is clear as stated in Zimba's post. You don't have to give them any additional information for foreseeable future how much you get paid.
