I hope you are doing great. It has been long time since we got connected.

We have been settled in the UK as Bristish citizens in 2021

We have always been grateful for that.

Our wives were switched to 5 year route since they were our dependent since appeals were allowed.

The time period of 5 years is over now and now they are going to apply for ILR

I will be grateful if you could advise whether Set(M) is suitable or Set (O)

Awaiting for your advice please, if possible

I used FLR (o) form instead of FLR(M) for ILR. I have done the mistake. How can I correct it now please?

1. STOP tagging your questions onto unrelated topics!!!

2. For ILR based on 5 years spouse settlement visa it is form SET M.

These FLR O and FLR M forms are for visa extensions and NOT for ILR!!

No way to change at this point, wait for contact from CW and probably vary it to SET M
