Hi,

I wanted to check if I am filling the right application
Here is my visa history for last 10 years
- Came to UK on ICT short term on 15th Feb 2015
- Switched to ICT long term in Feb 2016
- From Jan 2019, I have been on ICT Long term dependant visa till April 2021
- From Apr 2021, I have been on Skilled worker dependant visa till now

Question 1:
Can I check if I am filling the right application form in Set (LR)

Question 2:
I am full time employed but it is not asking for any documents from my company. Is that OK or am I missing something in the form?

Question 3:
They are asking for immigration documents of my children. While I have the document for my elder daughter, my younger daughter is born just 2 weeks back and I dont have any document for her. What document can I provide for her?

1. SET(LR) is correct
2. Your employment status is irrelevant under the long residence route
3. You do NOT need to provide anything regarding your family at all. This is a known error on the SET(LR) form. Under the long residence, you apply on your own and you must qualify on your own. Your relationships/family do NOT matter

Is 28 days before being eligible date for submitting the application or date for the biometric appointment?

The date of the application is not that critical.

Thanks zimba for all the help. I'm just listing out key dates of my timeline for 10 year ILR route - Set (LR) application. Hopefully, these will be useful for other applicants.
