My first skilled visa: 31 Dec 2022 to 29 January 2026 (3 years visa but i was given 29 days extra visa)
Unfortunately, company had issues and Home Office revoked their licence
I received letter from Home Office to leave the country on 21 December 2024.

I found new job and new sponsor. They have issued COS from 15 December 2024 to 15 December 2027 (exact 3 YEARS COS)

MY TOTAL TIME ON SKILLED VISA WOULD BE 4 YEARS, 11 MONTHS AND 15 DAYS.

I would be short of 15 days, would i be able to apply ILR as my skilled worker visa will cover (5 years less 15 days).

You do not need 5 years. You can be granted ILR within 28 days of completing your 5 years.

Also you may apply early and benefit from the date of decision for ILR: Applicants can benefit from the date of the ILR decision
