I accidentally provided 'London' as the issuing authority for my wifes passport in the ILR application form

Hi,

I have submitted my ILR application online under the Skilled Worker route, based on 5 years of continuous residence in the UK for myself and my partner. My biometric appointment is tomorrow, December 17.

I accidentally provided 'London' as the Issuing authority for my partner's under Passport details section in application form, which is also mentioned in her Passport.

I have checked in the forum and someone said it should be HighComissionofIndia, London.

How can I rectify this mistake? Will it affect my application if left uncorrected, or should I update it during the biometric appointment or through additional correspondence with the Home Office?

You are overthinking. This is not an issue.

Hi,

I have submitted my ILR application online under the Skilled Worker route, based on 5 years of continuous residence in the UK for myself and my partner.

I have uploaded the consent for myself
Part 1 - signed by me
Part 2 - signed by my partner
Part 3 - Not applicable.

Do I also need to upload a consent form for my partner or is it not required?
If yes, who needs to sign which part?

1. Can you please stop posting ILR queries in the Skilled Worker visa sub forum!!!

2. Can you please keep ALL your questions on the same application in ONE topic!! This one, now merged!

Hi CR001,

Sorry for the confusion. I will post questions in the same application.
Do I need to re-post the questions again ?

Yes. One set for each of you.
