Hi,

I am in the process of applying for ILR under the 5 years spouse route. I have been in the UK since September 2008 but overstayed from November 2011 - May 2017 when I received DLR. WIll this affect my ILR application? It did not affect my FLR(M) applications but wondering if I needed to declare? The question is below and I answered no.

For either the UK or any other country, have you
ever been:
Refused a visa
Refused entry at the border
Refused permission to stay or remain
Refused asylum
Deported
Removed
Required to leave
Excluded or banned from entry

Would be grateful for your thoughts!

Not relevant to your ILR now. Overstaying does not need to be declared either

Thank you Zimba - much appreciated!

Also, how do I get to the thread about a speeding offence and ILR? I have 3 points on my drivers license.

That also has no effect on your ILR
