Over-18 Child Dependant-ILR

Hi everyone, it is my first time posting in this site so if I offend any cultures or norms at all I apologise in advance. I'm currently on a child dependant visa under my mother. My mom took me in the UK and arrived at 4/2023, when she was still at settled status. Now, she became a British citizen last month and I researched if I can apply for ILR. I found out my eligibility was spot on, I am unmarried, still dependant or living with her, and no public funds needed.
However, I am now over 18 and my mother does not have sole responsibility to me but with her husband (who is also a brit citizen). My main concern is that, it says "You must have been a dependant on your parent or relative’s visa before you turned 18.". I was 17 when I applied for the visa dependant to my mom, but I received it after I turned 18 and moved to the UK at the same age as well.
Will I still be eligible under those circumstances?
Thanks so much in advance
