Hi,
I need help to understand when can I apply for ILR on 10 yr route in uk. My timeline in uk is below.
Entered UK on 19 sept 2015 as PhD candidate with 7 years student visa (including 2 yes extension due to covid lockdown)
Sept 2022 to 17sept 2025 - Graduate visa ( total 10 yrs is short of 2 days only).
1. When can I apply for ILR. (Can I apply 28 days before i am eligible). If yes can I apply super priority visa or not.
2. What documents to add to show my lawful residency in the UK.
3. Should I use specialised solicitor service to apply ILR pr can I apply on my own.
Thank you

Can you first clarify the two year extension period ? Any time spent under exceptional assurance ?

No exceptional assurance. Everything extended under student visa which was given by university.

1. You are
eligible for ILR within 28 days of completing your 10 years. You can count from the first date of visa approval. You can choose a super priority service when applying online.
The date of application is not critical:
Applicants can benefit from the date of the ILR decision
2. You do not need to show lawful residence. That is your immigration history which the UKVI will verify. Just provide passports covering the last 10 years if you have them. Have you check the absences over the 10 years ?
See:
Lawful and continuous residence changes to Long Residence route from 11 April 2024
3. No. Apply using form SET(LR):
