ILR Eligibility and Visa Extension Options

I am currently in the UK on a Skilled Worker visa and will be eligible for ILR on 21st April 2025. My visa is valid until 17th June 2025 (5 years completed on 18th May 2025, with some extra days).
My wife applied for a Skilled Worker Dependent visa on 20th November 2020 and will be eligible for ILR on 24th October 2025, approximately six months after me. Her dependent visa also expires on 17th June 2025 as mine.
We have been in the UK since January 2019. Previously, my wife held an Intra-Company Transfer visa, and I was her dependent. I switched to a Skilled Worker visa first, and six months later, she switched to a Skilled Worker Dependent visa.
Since I will qualify for ILR before my wife, I want to ensure that her ILR clock will not reset.
My Questions:
1. Do I need to extend my Skilled Worker visa for another six months so that my wife’s ILR clock remains unaffected?
2. Are there any other options to ensure she qualifies for ILR in October 2025 without resetting her continuous residence period?
I would appreciate your advice on the best course of action.
