ILR salary requirements

Hello all.

I will be applying for my ILR next year. I am NHS doctor on a Health and Care Visa for 3.5 years.

I have been working part-time since I came to the UK. My basic salary initially was £40k (as per national pay scales) and I have been working part time and being paid £24k (working 60% hours).

By the time I apply for ILR, my base salary will be £60k. I will be working part time (50%) at the time so my take home salary will be £30k.
Throughout my stay, my salary has been above the minimum salary threshold for HCW visa.

My question is whether my salary of 30k will allow me to be eligible for ILR? Since this is above the threshold of HCW visa salary requirements and also in line with national pay scales.

Or will my salary at the time of application need to be above £38k?

My occupation code is 2211 (Table 3 of Appendix Skilled Occupations).

I have read the linked caseworker guidance in detail and my understanding is as follows:

1: I will need to meet the General Threshold of £23,200 and full pro-rated going rate - Page 38 (this will be satisfied as explained above)

2: I will meet the Tradeable Points Requirement of 20 points through option K (Page 28)

I am in a similar situation as I am planning to do 50% LTft GPST3 and my salary would still be £30k which is anove £23k.
As stated in gov.uk our salary must be either £23200 or the ‘going rate’ based on national pay scales for the type of work you’ll be doing which ever is higher.

I would really appreciate if someone could clarify on the second point “the ‘going rate’ based on national pay scales for the type of work you’ll be doing”
The going rate is £61k for GPST3 but this is if I work full time.

Click and read the advice given in the link I shared above, which clearly explains how the salary calculation works.
