Dependent ILR

Me and my husband came to UK in 2017
I was main applicant- for tier 4, and he was tier 4 dependent. In 2020 January I got my tier 2 and he applied tier 2 dependent, he received his decision in August 2020 due to IT Issue and Covid when we raised complaint on this, we were both in the country during that time period , now I have got my ILR . I want to know can my husband apply for ILR Or he is not eligible

I would appreciate if I can know if some one has faced similar issue and was there an outcome

You were both eligible for ILR at the same time. Time spent under ANY dependant route counts for his ILR. Apply now

Thanks zimba and also my child who is now 8 years old he arrived as PBS TIER 2 Dependent he arrived in 2021 Jan, is he also eligible?

Yes. Child is eligble when parents are. There is no 5 years minimum residence foe children. They simply qualify to apply when the parents do.
