ILR application during risk of redundancy

Hi everyone,
I am currently on a Tier 2 visa and have been eligible for ILR since September 2024, but I did not apply then due to personal reasons. I was planning to do so now, but I am about to be made redundant by my company.
I have a couple of questions:
- Does my company have to include the phrase "foreseeable future" in their letter?
- Alternatively, can the letter simply state that I am an employee of XYZ company and continue to be employed by them in a full-time role?
- Is there any other phrase we can use?

I would greatly appreciate any suggestions or insights you might have. Thank you!

Tier 2 does not exist. The rules for the skilled worker rules require your sponsor to say that you are needed for the foreseeable future.
