Employer letters confirming no unpaid leave

Hello,

I am in the process of applying for ILR through skilled worker route. I have already drafted my ILR application and got to see this as list of documents to be provided:
- Letter(s) from employer(s) detailing reasons for work-related absences including periods of paid annual leave from the UK and Crown Dependencies.

I have worked for 3 different companies(which includes my current company) during this 5-year period. Should I need to get the letters from these 3 employers to prove that I haven't taken any unpaid leave?

As you might be aware, its difficult to get in touch with the right team and get these letters from former employers. Is there any other way I can prove this? I have payslips for all the payslips for all the employers. Does this help me any way?

Could someone assist me on this please.

The document list is not accurate.

Read this and follow the rules: All you need to know about the sponsor letter for Skilled Worker route

You don't need anything from previous employers to apply for ILR!
