I have query regarding my ILR application. I am staying in UK since April 2015 on different visas (ICT short term visa, ICT long term visa & Skilled worker dependant visa) but not sure if my stay will be considered as continuous 10 years period for ILR through Long residence route.

Below is the time frame when I was away from the country during these 10 years.

I am also doubtful that "when my ICT short term visa got over, we went back to home country India and within 71 days came back UK on ICT long term visa, so will the 71 days stay outside UK due to the break in visa, still be considered as valid absence and my continuous stay in UK will be counted since I 1st entered in UK in April 2015 or will it reset the counter starting from May 2016 (when I cam back UK)?"

Please can you suggest if I am eligible to apply for ILR now. Many thanks !

2016: 71 days stayed in India due to break in visa-- Changed from ICT short term
visa to ICT long term visa.
2017: 3 days Tourism -Europe
2018: 15 days Tourism -Europe
2019: 11 days Family visit - India
2020: 0 days
2021: 0 days
2022: 16 days Family visit - India
2023: 0 days
2024: 17 days Family visit - India

If you left the UK with a valid visa and returned within 180 days, your continuous residence is maintained under the long residence.

But my query is that when I left UK I had a valid ICT ST (short term) visa which expired after 10 days. I then, in total stayed in India for 71 days before I retuned to UK on different via which was ICT LT (long term) visa - during this period of 71 days of stay in India, for 41 days I had no visa - this was the time when my ICT ST (short term) visa expired and I got the new ICT LT (long term) visa.

So will this absence would affect the continuous residence required for ILR through long residence route?
