ILR Application with first entry delayed due to Covid19

please advise me regarding my ilr . i am due to apply ilr but confused as to when to start applying? i came here during covid period so this my case: visa entry vignette: 11/3/2020- 04/04/20 *delayed due to covid lockdown another visa entry vignette issued: 08/08/20- 09/11/20 uk entry (stamped): 06/10/2020 question: when is the earliest i can apply for ilr ? 28 days before 11/03/2020 or 28 days before 08/08/2020

If the delay is more than 180 days, you can only include time after the applicant entered the UK in the continuous period calculation.
OP entered the UK after 7 months , this is more than the allowed 180 days.

I'm personally leaning towards 08/08/2025 minus 28 days at the earliest.

Correct. If there is longer absence period of 180 days, then the continuous residence is broken. But there is a possibility of discretion being applied here
