TFL prosecution

Hello. I was stopped by TfL for holding my father's freedom pass. I'm currently holding a skilled worker visa and ready to switch to an ILR in 8 month. If I'm prosecuted for fare evasion and I plead guilty, would that affect my ILR application? I assume if I convicted, I need to disclose this in the application anyway right? Thank you so much!

Thanks a lot! I really appreciate your help!
I also found this clarification from TfL:
https://tfl.gov.uk/corporate/transparen ... -4638-2324
"We are a private prosecutor and we do not have access to or provide updates to the Police National Computer. Most prosecutions for fare evasion are considered non-recordable offences meaning they are not captured on the Police National Computer. A conviction for fare evasion which is a criminal offence is recorded by HM Courts and Tribunal Service and is a matter of public record. As such, a person when asked to declare convictions for vetting or DBS purposes is obliged to declare them all whether recorded on the PNC or not and therefore this can impact them."
So, is this a criminal record for ILR or not? Thank you so much!

ILR application eligibilty date question

Hello,
I'm currently holding a skilled worker visa for almost 5 years. I got my first vignette at 2020.6.18, I was not able to travel due to COVID at that time so later I got my second vignette at 2020.8.24. I traveled to UK on 2020.9.29 and collected my BRP which issued at 2020.8.27. And eventually started my work at 2020.10.1.
May I ask when am I eligible for ILR application? should I count the 5 year period starting from 2020.6.18? Thank you very much!
Peter

Yes, your qualifying period counts from the very first time your visa was approved
