Hello,
I am a British citizen via skilled worker route. My spouse was first granted a skilled worker dependent visa in June 2018. Her continuous period in the UK got reset when she stayed outside the UK between 20th July 2019 to 18th Nov 2020. She has had a skilled work dependant visa all these years since June 2018, even during the break. When is the earliest she can apply ILR?

Her break time is between 30th July 2019 to 18th November 2020. So she can include 179 days before 18th November 2020 and calculate the 5 years continuous residence, provided she has not been out 180 days in any 12 month period. As per my calculation she can apply on 23rd May 2025. Please correct me if I am wrong.
