I completed my biometrics for SET(LR) exactly one year after receiving a successful decision on my current visa. Should this date be considered the official application submission date, even though my application was submitted a few days earlier? Could this timing affect the outcome of my ILR application?

The date of ILR decision is more important. Also, it is not 12 months under the current visa but that you should have had 12 months under the same visa/immigration
ROUTE
Lawful and continuous residence changes to Long Residence route from 11 April 2024

We have been on the same visa for several years now, with our most recent extension granted 12 months ago. Thank you for the clarification

Also note that this only applies for people who moved to a new route after 11 April 2024. So such a requirement does not even apply to someone like you
