ILR Application as Dependant of British Citizen Husband – Advice Needed

Hello guys,
I’m seeking some advice on the best route for my ILR application. I hope I am posting into the right place, but apologies in advance if not.
I am currently in the UK as a dependant on my husband’s visa. He obtained British citizenship last year. I completed 5 years on the dependant visa route and now looking to submit by ILR application. My husband was on the skilled worked visa before he became a British citizen. Specifically, I would like to know:
Which form should I be considering - Set(O) or Set(M)?
I am currently in the middle of changing jobs - would I require any reference from the employer as a part of my application.
Any insights or shared experiences would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help!
