Hi,

I'm currently on a SKW Dependant Partner Visa (please find details below)

SKW Dependant Partner Visa Application date: 1/1/2023
SKW Dependant Partner Visa Start date: 3/1/2023
SKW Dependant Partner Visa End date: 1/1/2028
Note: I was on Start-up visa for 3 years before switching to SKW Dependant Partner Visa.

Q1 - When calculating continuous residence period is the period calculated up-to application date or visa start date?
Q2 - if answer to Q1 is Visa start date, then Based on above dates, will I fulfill ILR Continuous Residence Period requirement and granted ILR if I apply for IRL application on 15/12/2027, even though my 5 years qualifying period will be completing on 3/1/2028?

Thanks in advance for all your help and support.

Q1. It is visa start date.

Q2. You can apply within 28 days before reaching 5 years.

This is answered almost daily, multiple times, on the forum now.

Even if I'm short of 2 days (3/1/23 to 1/1/28) from the full 5 years qualifying period?
