Hi
I’m going to apply for my Husband’s ILR this month and I’m a bit confused. He was granted his first 30 month visa under the 10 year partner route in July 2015, I have gone through the gov website and the form I’m using is settlement adult relative. Is this the correct form? It is asking for all of my passports and travel documents but I’m British born and for past applications I’ve only submitted my current passport not old ones. It’s also asking for the passport for one child and not the other children. Thanks in advance

That is the correct form. Not sure why you need to provide children's info if he is the only one applying

Sorry I put passport by mistake meant to write proof of parental responsibility for the first child, it’s not asking to show proof of parental responsibility for the other children.

That is not needed if he is applying on his own
