Hello Everyone,

Please need a clarity on what the salary threshold would be for after 22nd July.

I am due to apply for ILR on 1st August.

My SOC code is 2421 (Accountant) and contracted on 40 hours a week and salary is £36,500/year

Can i apply with this salary or will it need to be increased before i apply?

HELP PLEASE

@zimba recently news has been circulated that minimum threshold is changing from 29K to 31,300 after July 22 if some one is extending or applying for ILR?

This has nothing to do with ILR applications for now

Zimba can you please calculate my salary threshold, as new threshold is effective from today, and it is really confusing.

I already told you that the changes introduced are NOT relevant to people applying for ILR. All the old advice I gave under the link above applies. You are confused because you do not read the advice given. Follow the advice as per link above
