I need help regarding below clause.

Clause: "The applicant must have had permission on their current immigration route for at least 12 months on the date of application, or have been exempt from immigration control in the 12 months immediately before the date of application."

Completed 8 years on other visa and I have been on the Skilled Worker route since June 2023 with end date Jun-26, but I applied for a new Skilled Worker visa on February , 2025, due to an internal transfer within the organization. Both the current and parent organizations hold separate Skilled Worker licenses and are financially distinct, although they are part of the same overall company.

Does the new visa applied on Feb 8,2025 change my current immigration route ? Earlier and current visas are both skilled worker visas.Does above clause make me eligible in Feb 2026 even though I am completing 10 years 10 years in September 25?

You did not change your immigration route at all. This is not relevant to you
