Need help on below query please:
I am ILR holder, below are the dates for MY child visa dates in UK,
Entry Date: 03/08/2021
Expired Date: 08/10/2023
total : 26 months 5 days

went for Extension:
Valid from : 27/10/2023
Valid until : 14/05/2026
total: 30 months 18 days

the total months his visa is covering 57 months. So to apply for his ILR, not working complete 60months/5yr, Do i need again apply for extension to his dependent visa or I can got for his ILR? If I can apply directly for his ILR, when should i drop the ILR application?

Your child qualifies for ilr when your spouse does.

What is ypur spouse's visa dates and initial entry date?

My Spouse Visa date:
valid from: 08/04/2021
Valid until: 08/10/2023
total : 28 months 2 days

Extension:
valid from : 27/10/2023
valid until: 14/05/2026
total: 30 months 18 days

when should both apply for ILR? can they both apply on same application or has to be different application?

They can apply together on the same form, counted from date of entry to the uk plus 5 years minus 28 days.

You haven't stated when your wife entered the uk, presumably same date as your child??

There is no 5 years minimum requirement for children.

My wife was in UK, she changed her visa from student to dependent while she was in UK, my son was in my home country, entered UK 1st time on 17/10/2021

They can apply at the same time within 28 days before 8th April 2026.
