ILR qualifying period start date

Hi Team,
I have switched from ICT to skilled worker visa in 2021
1. I submitted my Skilled Worker visa application online on 07 April 2021, from inside the UK,I have the IHS and application fee confirmation for this date.
2. UKVI biometrics submitted & Skilled worker visa application approved on the same day 05 May 2021
3. My Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) stated a start date of 15 July 2021, which is also the day I began working for my sponsor.
Question:
Can I submit my ILR application 07 April 2021 +5 Years - 28 day (e.g March 2026)?
Can I apply ILR for my family members as their dependent visas approved along with my skilled worker visa? if not when is the ILR qualifying period start for the dependents?
