ILR-Long stay application questions

Dear All,

I am seeking advice on how to provide evidence of my travel history for my ILR application.

Specifically, I travelled out of the UK around September 2017 and returned in November 2017, spending slightly over three months abroad. However, my passport was not stamped upon exit from the UK, nor upon arrival in my home country. Similarly, there are no stamps for my return journey — neither on departure from my home country nor on entry into the UK.

Given the absence of passport stamps, how can I demonstrate that I was outside the UK during this period and subsequently returned?

Any guidance on how to proof this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks and kind regards.
Busie.

The evidence for absences/residence is still the passport. Missing some stamps is not an issue.

Also, in the form you manually input your absences within the qualifying period.

Dears,

I have a question, please. I am about applying fir my ILR in December and i need to clarify something - If I hold a Tier 4 visa that is due to expire in two months, and I leave the UK before it expires but remain outside the UK for four months before reapplying and returning on a new visa, will my continuous lawful residence under Appendix Long Residence be considered broken?

Thanks in advance for your response.
